OurJerseyRoom, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and a secure shopping experience for football fans worldwide.
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date, regardless of your location.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Include all original tags and labels
- Be returned in the original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process either:
- A replacement or exchange
- A full refund for the returned item(s)
Please note:
Failure to return items in their original condition may result in up to 10% being deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- There was an error caused by our team
In these cases, OurJerseyRoom will cover the related replacement or return shipping costs.
Personalized Jerseys
Customized or personalized jerseys are considered final sale items.
This includes:
- Jerseys printed with custom names or numbers
- Jerseys with selected player names/numbers
- Jerseys with patches or badges added
Customized products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
If you believe there is an issue with a personalized item, please contact our support team before returning the product.
Exchanges & Refunds for Personalized Items
If a personalized jersey is approved for return:
- Exchange requests may require an additional customization fee
- Refunds will exclude the original customization/printing costs
How to Return an Item
Please include:
- Original packaging
- All tags attached
- A note including:
- Your order number
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Defective Items
For defective items, please contact us within:
- 5 working days after delivery for domestic orders
- 10 working days for international orders
Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting customer support.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside their country should clearly mark the parcel as:
“Returned Goods”
This helps avoid customs delays or additional import charges.
If customs charges are applied due to incorrect labeling, the package may be refused and returned to sender.
